The Samsung Galaxy Note 21 Isn't Coming This Year: Then Note 22?
Samsung Galaxy Note 21 will not be listed this year, and the new trademark list of the company’s home country, South Korea, indicates that we may not see any new Galaxy Note devices in the future.
Discovered by GalaxyClub, Samsung has recently updated the trademarks of various names including Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, Galaxy M and Galaxy A series.
The notable exception is the Galaxy Note series. The lack of it in this list seems to clearly indicate that the company does not intend to launch the Galaxy Note 22 in 2022.
In 2021, the company decided to focus on the foldable Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 instead of releasing new Galaxy Note phones.
People think that Samsung is pushing its foldable phones more, so we may see the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be launched in the second half of 2022 after the Galaxy S22 was launched earlier this year.
Samsung also introduced S Pen support for the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 3-the definition of the Galaxy Note, so those who want a stylus can choose either of these two phones.

Analysis: Is the Note series really dead?
The short answer is... we are not sure. This information is a big hint that we will not see the Galaxy Note 22 or Galaxy Note 23 in the next few years, but this is far from confirmed, because trademarks are such a complex business.
This trademark information is currently only related to South Korea, and there may be other reasons why the Galaxy Note name is not included.
Samsung often trademarks names it doesn't use—a common practice for consumer technology brands—and the names it does crawl. Just because a company didn't name it so long in advance doesn't mean it won't use it in the future.
For example, Samsung registered the UPC name (which stands for Under Panel Camera) as a trademark in January 2021. This feature was subsequently launched on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in August of the same year.
Since we do not expect to launch the Galaxy Note phone before August 2022, the company may decide to further trademark the name.
Other leaks and rumors indicate that Samsung will not manufacture the Galaxy Note 22, so if you hope to produce it next year, this does not look like good news.
